Exceeded all my expectations
I was injured at work that resulted in surgery. I filled out all the paperwork and sent in to the insurance company thinking I wound be fine and covered throughout the uncertain time of recovery. When I got out of surgery it was a rude awakening to find out I was denied for no apparent reason and that my employer was contesting my claim as well. I hired Attorney Justin Sluka at that point and he quickly took action. I was frantic and a nervous wreck for I was disabled and could not work while receiving no benefits. I did not know how I would survive. Mr. Sluka assured me not to worry and that he was confident in my case. He answered all my questions and concerns promptly throughout this process. He did such a good job the State issued an interim order reversing the denial. He has lots of experience dealing with the insurance companies and the State. Very knowledgeable on workers comp laws. Justin Sluka exceeded all my expectations and the outcome of my case was better than expected. All of which did not need to go to a formal hearing. I give Mr. Sluka 5 stars and would recommend him to anyone who is injured on the job. It is a brutal process and you definitely need the right representation.
